Andrea Celeste is an international singer, songwriter and producer born and raised in Tuscany and based in Genoa, in the Italian Riviera. Her style transcends music genres as her musical studies are rooted in Opera, Gospel and Jazz music.
When only eleven years old, Celeste discovered her voice and started taking opera voice lessons with Maestro Vittorio Scali and attending a Gospel choir performing hundreds of concerts across Italy and France. At age 21 she released her first album “My Reflection” produced by Roberto Vigo (Analogy Records) which won critics and people’s attention thanks to her incredible maturity both as singer and as songwriter.
Throughout her career she has liaised with such musicians as Dado Moroni, Joe Locke, Cheryl Porter, Mario Biondi, Vittorio De Scalzi, Massimo Trigona, Andrea Pozza, Zibba, 24th time Grammy awarded producer Al Schmitt and has recorded other four albums of hers which included also her original songs.
She was awarded the “Via del Campo” Prize by Patrizia Tenco (niece of the late Luigi Tenco), and took part in the TNT Festival 2011 as one of the 200 talents invited by the Italian Government.
She has performed in several Jazz festivals, clubs and Theaters all over Italy and abroad such as Monte Carlo Jazz Festival, Jazz Festival (Monaco), Ischia Jazz, Dima Jazz Festival (Algeria), Blue Note (Milano), Dizzy’s Club (New York), Wabe (Berlin), Auditorium Parco Della Musica (Rome), etc.
Thanks to her inner elegance and emotional vocality, in her career she’s been invited to perform to high profile private events such as destination weddings and corporate for clients the likes of Bulgari, Porsche, Axpo, Trussardi and Versace.
